Ms. Morales is the founder of Fundacion Mundo Bipolar and an active member of the creation of the first national organisation for users of mental health. Prior to mental health advocacy, Ms. Moroles worked in the field of communication and journalism as an international news writer and producer and reporter. Throughout the years, she made over 50 media appearance. She also taught as a University professor in subjects such as "Writing, communication and information at the Universidad Europea in Madrid. She holds a bachelor degree in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
