Together, let’s demonstrate the added-value of patient organisations!

Patient organisations make a unique contribution to the public health debate, voicing the experience and expertise of the healthcare users, their constituents. This important contribution should be recognised and funded appropriately.

This is why the European Patients' Forum is launching a survey to collect evidence of the contributions that patient organisations make. As a patient organisation, YOU can help us by telling us what you are doing and giving us examples of your organisation’s actions and achievements.

Objectives of the survey

This is a crucial piece of work for the whole patient community: the results of this survey will then be compiled in a report to demonstrate the contribution of patient organisations to the health sphere in Europe, both in terms of EU policy involvement and drive and more broadly in terms of the value at European and national level.

We will then use this report to advocate for continued and increased support for patient and public health organisations, notably in the context of the mid-term review of the 2014-2020 multiannual financial framework.

Who should respond?

Patient organisations that are members of EPF (both national coalitions and European umbrellas) and or the eligible patient/consumer organisations at the EMA.

Deadline
The deadline to answer the survey is September 15th.
