It is our pleasure to invite all EPF members to an Extraordinary EPF General Meeting (EGM)
It is our pleasure to invite your organisation to an Extraordinary EPF General Meeting (EGM) on the 3rd of October 2020, following up on our save the date sent on the 30th of July 2020. This meeting will provide you with the opportunity to approve the EPF 2021-2026 Strategic Plan, receive an update on the European Health Programme as well as hear a proposal for a change to the EPF Constitution. You will find attached an official invitation from EPF President Marco Greco presenting the programme more in details as well as the agenda (200916_EGM_Agenda_virtual.pdf).
When? 3rd October 2020, 9.30 to 11.00 am. (online)
Who can attend? EPF members only! As the meeting will be virtual, we can grant participation to more than one person per organisation. Due to the scope of this meeting, please note that participation is specifically welcomed for to the organisations’ high-level representatives. If you are a full member and more than one person from your organisation would like to attend, please specify who will be voting on behalf of your organisation in the registration form.
