- After the deadline of registrations you will receive a confirmation of your registration;
- Please don’t book your travel before receiving the confirmation of your registration;
- If you are a patient leader or a speaker EPF will cover the cost of travel and accommodation. Please put your arrival and departure dates in the registration form below for EPF to book your hotel room;
- If you are not a patient leader or a speaker EPF can reserve accommodation at your own cost at the rate of 145€/night bed & breakfast, exclusive of city tax of 7.58€.
