EPF to celebrate the European Month of the Brain

May 2013 is the European Month of the Brain. It is important for all neurological disorders to use this Month to champion their cause. We also welcome Audrey Craven, the current President of the European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA), on our blog to share her experience of living with migraine.
Neurological diseases will be particularly emphasised at our conference Towards active patients' involvement in healthcare on 23 May. We organise this event in partnership with EFNA and the Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) under the EU Irish Presidency.

The event will also feature the 2013 European theme Year of Citizens dedicated to the rights that come with EU citizenship and we will translate what this means for patients.

To support the Month of the Brain, you can sign and support EFNA pledge available on their website: www.efna.net.
