Data Saves Lives launches toolkit on the European Health Data Space
A new toolkit created as part of the Data Saves Lives initiative aims to help patients and patient organisations understand how they will be affected by the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
The new toolkit "The European Health Data Space Explained: A Practical Guide for Patients and Patient Organisations" is the latest in a series produced by the European Patients Forum (EPF) as part of its Data Saves Lives initiative.
The toolkit focuses on the EHDS and is designed to help patients and patient organisations understand how they will be affected by this new European framework. It outlines the scope of the EHDS and explains the most relevant provisions relating to access and control of electronic health data.
