Learning Module 1: The science behind AMR

Indicative Date: 3 September 2025

This module will be given by a speaker with a scientific background and will present the key elements for a good understanding of AMR. It is focused on the role of bacteria and antibiotics in human health, how bacteria become resistant to antibiotics and the factors that favour the spread of AMR.
