Mateja Kržan

Mateja Kržan is the former Vice-president and present Board Member of the European Network of Fibromyalgia Associations (ENFA). Since 2012 she is an ambassador for fibromyalgia patients on local, national and international level with underlined committment and passion to help people living with fibromyalgia and similar chronic conditions. She's been involved in several research studies and has contributed to the acknowlegement and recognition of the condition considerably.

She has helped to bulid up networking of stakeholders that are deeply involved in health policy, research, rehabilitation or working environments for people with chronic conditions. She is a member of the European Patients' Platform (EPF) working group on Access to Healthcare Systems, she was an alternate at the European Medecines Agency (EMA) as well as  from 2010 she is the member of the Societal Impact of Pain (SIP), she is representing the focal point for the newly establised national (SIP) platform Slovenia (2019) and she is the active member of the MEP Interest Group on Brain, Mind and Pain.
