Ruth Tchaparian is EPF's Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager. Part of the EPF team since 2017, Ruth is passionate about the important role civil society plays in achieving better outcomes for citizens. With experience in the public, private and NGO sectors, Ruth has a degree in Spanish & Italian from the University of London, and a post-graduate certificate in European Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
