Themistoklis Markopoulos

Finance and Operations Assistant

Themistoklis Markopoulos is now part of the team as a Finance and Operations Assistant, supporting financial and administrative processes and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation.

In his role, he assists with financial processing, administrative tasks, record maintenance, and internal procedures, while supporting the coordination of operational activities. He brings previous experience in finance and administration from the European Parliament, the Embassy of Greece in Belgium, and Ernst & Young (EY), as well as experience in research and project coordination.

Themistoklis holds a BSc in International and European Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc in International Relations-Global Refugee Studies from Aalborg University Copenhagen. He also completed an Erasmus exchange at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and has a strong interest in European affairs, financial management, public administration, and international cooperation.
