Isabella Picotto

Project Officer

Isabella joined EPF in March 2025. She initially led the planning, coordination, and delivery of EPF’s events before transitioning into the role of Project Officer. In this capacity, she contributes to EPF’s participation in European-funded projects, coordinating project activities and partnerships to ensure delivery in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and reporting requirements. 

Prior to joining EPF, she worked as a project manager and policy analyst for international consulting firms in London and Brussels, specialising in EU healthcare and life sciences policy. She supported a diverse range of organisations — from global businesses to not-for-profit associations — in their advocacy and engagement activities.

Isabella holds a Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
